Brandy Holt

Hello! My name is Brandy Holt, and I’m the Youth Minister here at St. Mary Magdalen! I first moved to Grand Rapids in 2018 to attend Aquinas College, where I graduated with a Bachelors in Theology. I never thought I had interest in being a youth minister, but God had other plans! I’ve been in ministry since I graduated, and I’ve loved every minute of it. Nothing makes my heart feel as full as it does when I’m helping youth grow closer to Jesus. Talking about Jesus and working with youth are my two favorite things, and so to be able to do both of those at the same time is a huge blessing! When I’m not doing ministry, I love to hang out with my friends, play and write music, read, run, bike, and go to the beach/visit lighthouses! (Fun Fact: Visiting every lighthouse in Michigan is the number one thing on my bucket list!). God has blessed me with such an amazing, adventurous life so far, and I’m excited to continue on to see what He has in store for me in the future 🙂
